Food Pantry Collection

We are pleased to announce that we are a collection site for the HN Community Food Pantry.   Anyone wishing to donate non-perishable food items to the food pantry can drop them off at the library during regular hours.  The food pantry will serve families & individuals in the Hardin Northern School District. 

Book Discussion Group

The book discussion group meets monthly to discuss a current book.  Stop in to pick up a copy of the latest title and join our group!  The books are available at the library at no cost to you. We meet one Thursday per month at 7:00 p.m. Stop by to find out what the date and the book is this month!

Chick Flick Movie Night

Chick Flick movie nights are held one Wednesday per month at 7:00 pm.  The evening is free and open to the public and guests are invited to bring their own snacks.  While the evening is geared to a female audience, anyone interested is invited to attend. Check the library for upcoming movies and dates.

Friday Night @ the Movies!

Once a month on Friday nights, the public is invited to a movie at the library.  Anyone interested is invited to the free movie and enjoy the free popcorn.  Stop in to find out this month's movie!

Cooking Class

Vicki Phillips from the OSU extension office presents monthly programs on topics pertaining to good nutrition and wiser eating habits. Anyone wanting to learn how stretch his or her food budget and share recipes and ideas is invited to attend. The program is a cooperation of the library and Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Check the library for the next time/date.  Typically, these classes are held one Thursday per month at 1:30.
